Fatigue Management

Fatigue Management applies cognitive science to the workplace to optimize efficiency, minimize errors and create safer work systems. It considers schedule design, task design, physical and cognitive workloads, environmental components, commuting distances, circadian rhythms, and the resulting impacts on worker performance, family and social life, and health.

Workforce Training

Our shift work training is designed to sensitize workers and family members on the effects of shift work and cumulative fatigue, and what they need to do to survive a shift work lifestyle

Supervisor Training

WorkSMART will educate supervisors on the principals of fatigue risk assessments to assist them in the detection and monitoring of worker fatigue while providing strategies to decrease fatigue and drowsiness while increasing alertness.
